Boot Camp Sessions
Boot Camps are offered in rolling 4 week sessions with one week of rest and recovery in between each full session. The week following each session is considered an “off week” and is meant to give your body an opportunity to rest and recover. Typically, I offer 1 to 2 classes during the “off weeks;” provided Boot Camp participants are interested.
