TLC Fitness provides a complete workout that can be customized to meet your personal needs. Workouts include a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio, plyometrics, strength training, and stretching for all fitness levels.
Keeping it fit – and safe
TLC Fitness puts the health and safety of our clients first. As we continue to navigate the challenges of COVID-19, we adhere to important protocols including social distancing and routine equipment sanitizing throughout workouts. In addition, we run all bootcamp sessions outside (weather permitting) and offer remote sessions live-streamed over ZOOM.
Boot Camps offer a combination of workouts including HIIT, cardio, plyometrics, and strength training delivered in one-hour sessions.
